MetaTrader 4 says: "No connection". What do I do?

Such an error occurs in case of unstable or missing connection with the server which your account is on.

Try the following:

  1. Check your Internet connection as the problem may occur at the side of your provider.
  2. Rescan the servers. Click the "No connection" message and choose "Rescan servers".
  3. Relog in your account via the "File" menu or the right pad of your terminal.

If nothing works, seek the help of the Client Support team.
